ABOUT RAMONA
Ramona La France grew up in Los Angeles and graduated
from Cal State Long Beach University with a Bachelor of Science
Degree. As an Angeleno, she enjoys connecting with people,
volunteering, and creating fine art in her spare time.
Ramona is a licensed real estate broker serving Southern
California. Prior to starting her own brokerage, she worked at
large real estate companies, where she sold both residential
and commercial properties. Ramona’s experience enables her
to conduct thorough market analysis of properties and
negotiate strategically for her clients.
Her clientele come from a diverse range of professional and
economical backgrounds. Ramona treats all her clients equally
and respectfully, giving each client her undivided attention and
discretion.
Ramona prides herself on empowering sellers and buyers to build their real estate awareness by educating them on market activity and due diligence. Prior to selling real estate, Ramona worked as a real estate fraud expert for the Inglewood Police Department, where she retired at the rank of sergeant.
As a real estate fraud expert,she served on the Los Angeles County Real Estate Fraud Task Force along the side of the F.B.I. and Los Angeles County D.A. Office. During this time, Ramona combed through hundreds of real estate documents; this experience increased her expertise as it relates real estate documents and the ability to recognize potential issues in offers. Today, Ramona is proud to be the owner of Pyramid Real Estate. The three sides of the Pyramid in the business model stands for integrity, professionalism and value.
